Reseller, Distribution & Consulting Program
The Reseller, Distribution & Consulting Partner Program provides direct customer referrals and a wide range of complementary products and services - designed to help customers get more from their tasteNtalk implementations. Typically, these organizations can be web designers, web hosting companies, point-of-sale resellers and point-of-sale system OEM's. Reseller, Distribution & Consulting partners receive sales and technical training to prepare them to promote tasteNtalk within their customer base. Many also offer additional value-added services, helping customers customize or extend their tasteNtalk implementations for a maximum return on investment.
Reseller, Distribution & Consulting Partner Program Levels
Reseller, Distribution & Consulting partnerships fall into one of three program categories:
Referral: Referral partners are those companies who simply want to refer potential customers to tasteNtalk. These partners receive a straight revenue share for referred customers who sign up for the tasteNtalk service.
Value-Added Referral: Value-added referral partners are companies who offer additional products or services that help extend the tasteNtalk solution. Many companies offer unique products or consulting services to help extend tasteNtalk to meet organizations' individual needs. These partners are validated by tasteNtalk, and carry the tasteNtalk Certified insignia as a mark of their training and expertise with tasteNtalk implementations.
Strategic: Strategic partners work closely with tasteNtalk to develop specific market segments or geographic regions not traditionally covered by tasteNtalk. Significant resources are committed to by both parties at this level.
Reseller, Distribution & Consulting Partner Eligibility
In order to participate your company must meet the following eligibility guidelines:
Strong financial health
Restaurant knowledge
Sales and marketing resources
Strong fit between tasteNtalk applications and Partner's products or services
Strong overlap between tasteNtalk and Partner's target audience or customer base
Significant referral flow capabilities
Customer references
Reseller, Distribution & Consulting Product Partner Benefits
tasteNtalk provides partners with technical and marketing support to help with the development, deployment, integration, marketing and sales of the tasteNtalk service. All tasteNtalk partners have access to the tasteNtalk Extranet, where various resources such as sales material, product information, training and white papers can be accessed. Additionally, all partners will receive a demo tasteNtalk restaurant account and an outbound email account for marketing purposes. Depending on the program level, partners will have access to product documentation, product / technical support and API information. Furthermore, tasteNtalk Certified or the tasteNtalk Ready insignia will be provided where program level and/or product certification are warranted.
