Partner Programs
Service Partners Program
The Service Partner Program is designed to allow independent software and/or Web service vendors to tap into our joint customer base by providing complementary solutions that are pre-configured (integrated) to work with tasteNtalk's online restaurant transaction service. Together, tasteNtalk and our product partners strengthen each other's offerings and provide a more compelling solution for our mutual customers.
Service Partner Program Levels
Product partnerships fall into one of three program levels:
Developer: Developer partners represent companies that want to integrate their solutions with tasteNtalk, but perhaps are not ready to take advantage of the co-marketing programs offered at the premier or strategic levels. Participating organizations gain access to our technical support, training, test accounts, and API documentation.
Premier: Premier partners are companies with in-market solutions that complement, inter-operate with and add value to the tasteNtalk service. These solutions are validated by tasteNtalk and carry the industry-recognized insignia tasteNtalk Ready as a mark of quality and market readiness.
Strategic: Strategic partners work closely with internal tasteNtalk resources to develop and market their solutions to current and prospective tasteNtalk customers. Significant resources are committed to this task by both parties.
Service Partner Eligibility
In order to participate your company must meet the following eligibility guidelines:
Strong financial health
Dedicated alliance resources
Strong fit between tasteNtalk service and partner's products or services
Customer references
Service Partner Requirements: Additionally, partners may need to pay an annual partnership fee (depending on partnership level) and submit their solutions to our product validation testing to ensure that the products and services of the respective companies work well together.
Service Partner Benefits
tasteNtalk provides partners with technical and marketing support to help with the development, deployment, integration, marketing and sales of the tasteNtalk service. All tasteNtalk partners have access to the tasteNtalk Extranet, where various resources such as sales material, product information, training and white papers can be accessed. Additionally, all partners will receive a demo tasteNtalk restaurant account and an outbound email account for marketing purposes. Depending on the program level, partners will have will have access to product documentation, product / technical support and API information. Furthermore, tasteNtalk Certified or the tasteNtalk Ready insignia will be provided where program level and/or product certification are warranted.
