Consumer Internet Usage
All ages of U.S. consumers continue to increase their use of the Internet. It is estimated that over 60 percent of all U.S. homes now have a personal computer with Internet access. Business usage of computers and the Internet is now the norm. It is estimated that the number of mobile Internet users will increase from approximately 10 million today to over 90 million by 2005. The introduction of 3G wireless technologies will allow network providers to more effectively display additional content on wireless devices. Third generation support was recently completed to coincide with Sprint's introduction of third generation wireless phone technology in the U.S. The Company is one of only eighteen U.S. companies selected by Sprint PCS to have products or services accessed over the new Sprint 3G service.

The Company believes consumers are using the Internet more frequently in their every day lives and that added conveniences and efficiencies represent compelling reasons for consumer usage of the Service.
